Miele, the world’s largest family-owned premium appliance manufacturer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Grayson-Roper as Vice President of Marketing for the US and Mexico, effective September 16, 2024. She will be responsible for all marketing communications to support and aid in driving profitable growth and relevance for the brand and product portfolio. Mrs. Grayson-Roper will join the Miele US and Mexico Leadership Team and will report to Søren Rye, President and Chief Executive Officer of Miele USA and Mexico.

Mrs. Grayson-Roper joins Miele from MillerKnoll, a company focused on leading luxury home furnishings. At MillerKnoll, she was responsible for developing and implementing global retail marketing capabilities for brands such as Herman Miller, Knoll, and Design within Reach. Prior to MillerKnoll, Mrs. Grayson-Roper led marketing for major brands such as Delta Faucet, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Johnson & Johnson.
