Reliefs is the new collection by Ceramiche Refin composed of six three-dimensional porcelain stoneware structures that generate unexpected tactile sensations and aesthetic perceptions on the surfaces, creating suggestive chiaroscuro effects thanks to the innovative 3Deep technique, which maximizes the material’s visual appeal with every incidence of light, recreating the shading depth and perfectly combining texture, surface and structure.
The available shapes range from the elegant herringbone pattern to the traditional groove, passing through various types of engraved lines to the natural hammered effect. These versatile solutions can be installed either on walls or to enhance architectural volumes or elements of furniture.
The six structures of Ceramiche Refin’s Reliefs can be applied to all of the brand’s collections, offering numerous possibilities for customizing coverings and allowing for a creative approach to the composition of spaces. They include:
Tweed — Inspired by the textile world, the elegant herringbone pattern conveys a special sense of movement through its diagonal zigzag lines and varying relief depth between the stripes. This alternation creates a sophisticated rhythm of light and shadow, enhancing the material with a refined language.
Ribbed — Thanks to its strong three-dimensionality, Ribbed enhances the depth of porcelain stoneware and gives surfaces an eclectic style. The engraved ridges at irregular distances add dynamism to the coverings and interact with light, creating striking shadows and tonal variations.
Cannè — The refinement of the grooved pattern comes alive in this structure that updates tradition and adds a timeless touch to coverings. The Cannè structure is very versatile and can be paired with any material, giving spaces a sense of discreet and refined luxury.
Dorico — The groove is inspired by classical architecture, blending eras to enrich the material. The regular scan geometry is softened by the curved indentation, which interacts harmoniously with light and conveys a prestigious image.
Hammered — This structure represents a natural hammered effect, spreading organically and gently moving the surface. The coverings appear vibrant while maintaining a sense of lightness, enriching spaces with a unique style.
Stripe — The parallel and uniform lines run across the surface, generating sophisticated contrast of light and shadow. Thanks to its symmetrical and linear development, the material gains a rhythmic effect that gives the coverings personality and allows for interesting aesthetic results.
