Ceramiche Refin has introduced the Coquille Collection, the result of an attentive aesthetic elaboration of the peculiarities of limestone. Coquille synthesizes the fascination of mineral elements in extraordinarily balanced ceramic surfaces that are discreet and contemporary.
Exquisite, calibrated graphic markings, light veining and delicate fossil inclusions mingle with the nuances and chiaroscuro of the background, alternating areas that are denser with traces and details with others that are more homogeneous, thus creating a slight shading. The natural effect is underscored by the choice of the four nuances in the neutral tones of gray and beige — Perle, Gris, Champagne and Sable. The variety of finishes available also includes the new Matt-Pro finish, which is soft to the touch yet with a non-slip surface, and a textured version for walls characterized by a slight ridging that recalls irregular shell exteriors and that adds a special tactile perception to the product.
The formats range from 30 by 60 cm to 120 by 120 cm and include two OUT2.0 outdoor variants with a 2 cm thickness. The range is complemented by two decors — the Chevron Mix mosaic, which blends different nuances with herringbone patterns, and theHaute decor, which plays with three-dimensionality with an original pattern of embossed squares. The breadth of the range makes Coquille a solution for multiple uses in architecture and interior design.
