The Luxury Edit With Julee Ireland at KBIS 2026

Published: June 26, 2026

During KBIS 2026, The Luxury Edit returned to the Luxury Lounge. Architectural designer Julee Ireland teamed up with Arianne Bellizaire of Arianne Bellizaire Interiors and Jeanne K Chung of Jeanne K Ching Interiors and Cozy Stylish Chic, who scouted the KBIS floor for their favorite luxe finds.

What Luxury Design Means Today

The designers defined luxury as “less is more” and paying less attention to labels. In luxury spaces, clutter is no more – everything has its place. It is about being flexible with design and not always following the rules. A luxury element can be something as simple as a vintage item that tells the story of the family living in the home.

Favorite KBIS 2026 Finds

  • Elkay Live Easy Water Dispenser – no drain needed, so it is easier to install, and it can be installed anywhere in the home
  • Brizo ROCCESCO bath collection – inspired by Italian modernism that looks more like light fixtures and furniture
  • JennAir Downdraft – offers an integrated, clean look for the kitchen
  • Whirlpool Top-Load Washing Machine – this features a delicates basket built into the agitator
  • Automist System – replaces overhead sprinklers with an attractive metal plate and senses the heat in a room
  • Cosentino’s wood-look Amazonic Collection – can be used for a variety of applications
  • Andrew Pearson Glass – a fusion option is offered in several colors and can be backlit
  • Baldwin’s Bespoke Hardware Collection – can be personalized for each project with different textures
  • Rejuvenation & Café Appliances – coordinated with appliance pulls on a range
  • Ikonni – weathered, textured metal finishes that can be used in the bathroom
  • Laufen – featured beautiful plumbing fixtures, including vessel sinks that look like ceramic
  • P&Bhusri – wall-mounted Life Art towel warmers in organic shapes
  • Daniel Germani’s Techno Series for Brown Jordan – looks like it has a wood-grain stain, but it is really metal
  • Life Valet – offers attractive ADA-compliant elements

The trio ended the interactive session with a rapid-fire discussion with the audience with multiple prizes awarded. The audience also shared their favorite finds at KBIS 2026. Thanks to sponsors Ferguson Home, Fabuwood Cabinetry, Kichler Lighting, Ikonni, SAS Rugs and AFR Furniture Rental.
