Southeastern architectural firm Pfeffer Torode, along with Maker Construction, has provided a newly renovated 20,000-square-foot canvas for participating interior designers to transform into spaces brimming with creativity.
The property is also home to a two-stall barn and riding trails, which add to the bucolic feel of this magnificent country estate. The grounds will be professionally landscaped by Kaiser Trabue, one of Nashville’s top landscape architecture firms. Additional house features include a gourmet kitchen with scullery and wood-burning fireplace, two luxurious primary suites, a salon with an adjoining wet bar, a wood-paneled study, a formal dining room with a separate butler’s pantry, a generously sized screened-in porch with a stone fireplace, and a waterfall pool and outdoor cabana.
