As the Southeast’s premier design destination, Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) continues to evolve with the needs of the design community, announcing five exciting additions, renovations and expansions for Q3 2025.
New to or expanding within the ADAC campus this quarter are Innovations, Krog Bar – Coal Fired Pizza, Lauren DeLoach Interiors, McKinnon & Harris and Phillip Jeffries – each bringing a unique perspective and offering to the dynamic mix of showrooms, studios and lifestyle experiences that define the award-winning design campus.
From luxury wallcoverings and bespoke garden furniture to thoughtfully curated design studios and an award-winning culinary destination, these new additions reflect ADAC’s ongoing commitment to providing a vibrant, full-spectrum design experience. This wave of growth further activates the campus, fostering collaboration, inspiration and convenience for designers, architects and homeowners alike.
“We’re thrilled to welcome this new group of brands and creatives to ADAC,” said Katie Miner, general manager of ADAC. “Whether it’s new approaches to materiality, a deeper connection to nature through design or simply a beautiful place to gather and dine, these additions reinforce ADAC’s mission to be a hub for excellence and inspiration across every touchpoint of the design journey.”
Below are details on the latest updates across ADAC’s showrooms, studios and campus community.
Innovations Suite 313
Innovations, a leader in luxury wallcoverings, is unveiling a newly redesigned showroom at ADAC this summer as part of its nationwide renovation initiative and yearlong 50th anniversary celebration. The Atlanta space, its third showroom refresh, offers an elevated, residential-style experience where designers and clients can explore rich collections of grasscloth, textile, foil, and veneer wallcoverings in a warm, gallery-like setting.
“It’s an exciting time for Innovations,” said Alex Mayer, president. “The showroom is a beautiful reflection of our brand, and I couldn’t be happier.”
The new space will serve as a hub for entertaining and launches, beginning with a preview of the Fall 2025 Collection during Discover ADAC.
Krog Bar – Coal Fired Pizza | Suite D1A
Chef Kevin Rathbun has returned to his roots with the debut of Krog Bar – Coal Fired Pizza, opening in ADAC West adjacent to KR Steakbar. Originally a beloved wine bar near Krog Street, the reimagined concept brings the same soulful charm to Peachtree Hills, this time centered around signature coal-fired pizzas, hearty sandwiches, fresh salads and a full bar.
Designed by The Johnson Studio, the 930-sq.-ft. space blends warmth and modernity, with seating for 28 inside and 16 more in a cozy Italian-style garden.
“It was always my favorite little place,” said Rathbun. “Now it’s back, in a neighborhood I love.”
Lauren DeLoach Interiors | Suite B4
Lauren DeLoach Interiors Inc., an Atlanta-based design firm known for its timeless interiors and client-focused approach, has officially relocated to Suite B4 in ADAC West. After years of considering a move to ADAC, the team found the timing right to join the heart of the Southeast design community.
Though the new space mirrors the square footage of the firm’s former location, a refreshed layout – with expanded natural light, a larger conference area and a thoughtfully designed library – better supports the firm’s collaborative workflow.
“Being surrounded by talented designers and having immediate access to our trusted vendors has been a game-changer,” said founder Lauren DeLoach. “It’s a high-energy, creative environment that inspires us daily and helps streamline our design process.”
The move comes as the firm celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2025, marking a significant milestone with a fresh start in one of the region’s most inspiring design destinations.
McKinnon & Harris | Suite B2
McKinnon and Harris, known for its handcrafted aluminum furniture for estates, gardens and yachts, will open a new showroom at ADAC West this September. Founded in 1991 in Richmond, Va., the family-owned brand brings its signature timeless design and meticulous craftsmanship to Atlanta, a region long central to its business.
“The Southeast has always been a core part of our business,” said Will Massie, CEO and co-founder. “Its proximity to our Richmond workshop makes Atlanta an ideal extension of our home base, and as the market continues to expand, we’re thrilled to join the vibrant creative community at ADAC.”
The refined showroom will also feature a curated selection of antiquities – many dating to the Roman and Renaissance eras – highlighting the brand’s enduring design philosophy. The debut will be celebrated during Discover ADAC.
Phillip Jeffries | Suite 311
Phillip Jeffries has officially reopened its Atlanta showroom following an exciting renovation. Designers were welcomed back in Spring 2025 to a beautifully updated space in Suite 319 at ADAC.
With 1,900 square feet of inspirational design, the refreshed space will offer innovative technology, dramatic installations and more than 400 display wings. Intimate design work areas will enable all to shop Phillip Jeffries’s expansive product selections, including the Summer 2025 collections – 17 new designs that blend artisanal craftsmanship and architectural influences with natural textures, metallic accents and subtle fringe details.
ADAC features more than 65 showrooms and more than 40 design studios that are open to the public. Photos, interviews, tours and additional showroom information are available upon request.
This fall, guests are invited to explore ADAC’s vibrant calendar of seasonal programming, including the Fall Sample Sale from Aug. 20–22, To Live & Design on Aug. 21, Discover ADAC from Sept. 23–25 and Get Down to Business on Oct. 22.
