Local designers might recall the old Cosentino Seattle showroom; small, analog and off the beaten path, it was something of a trade secret. Now, a new space is tailored to inspire as well as serve creatives in the region.
Lucia Zapatero, Senior Interior Design Lead for North America/Cosentino showrooms, explains the decision to relocate stemmed from a desire to better connect with Seattle’s dynamic design community with an upgraded, state-of-the-art facility.
Situated in the city’s Industrial District, the new Cosentino Seattle showroom offers prime accessibility and serves as a central hub for the city’s vibrant architecture and design community. Boasting metropolitan-inspired color palettes that complement the bustling location, the 3,300-square-foot space features an open layout, filled with natural light and industrial charm. “Its potential for customization aligned perfectly with Cosentino’s vision for a holistic, design-focused hub,” said Zapatero.
The showroom is designed in distinct zones, including the Atelier for materials exploration, coworking-inspired networking corners, a fully functioning kitchen for hosting events and interactive digital displays for showcasing full-slab designs. Zapatero said, “This organization ensures that every area serves a purpose, whether for inspiration, collaboration or product selection.”
