Viking Range is rolling out a new line of ventilation hoods to complete the Viking Professional kitchen. The 18-in.-high hoods are available in a variety of widths that fit all sizes of Viking cooking products. The line also offers 12-in.-high hoods for smaller, replacement ventilation needs. New features, not available on previous models, include bright LED surface lighting and backlit LED knobs that extend and illuminate to control lighting level and fan speed, then fully retract when not in use. The hoods are available in 12 colors and boast quiet operation, efficient, maintenance-free ventilators, heat lamps and easy-to-clean, dishwasher-safe baffle filters.
