Hickory wood species has been added to the ShowplaceEVO frameless cabinetry line after proving its popularity in Showplace traditional and international+ overlay and inset cabinets. An all-American classic, hickory is available with all standard ShowplaceEVO hickory stains on mortise and tenon wood doors. With its flame-like grain, distinctive striations of color and durability, hickory cabinets provide long-lasting decorative appeal.
ShowplaceEVO cabinet sides, bottoms and tops are constructed with 5/8-in. engineered wood with dowel-and-glue joinery for stability. Door center panels are either solid hardwood, or veneered plywood, and each door is ¾-in. thick. Stained and painted finishes are enhanced with an oven-baked topcoat of catalyzed varnish. Hinges are fully adjustable and include a soft-close feature. Drawer glides also adjust easily, extend fully, close softly and are rated for 75-pound dynamic loads.
