A new release from Timothy Oulton provides mellow, ambient light with a futuristic vision straight from a physicist’s laboratory. Gauntlet’s molecular form suggests a creative science and is available in two sizes. Inside each rod – there are 31 for the large size and 17 for the small version – a floating glass strip carries light from one end to the other, dispersing it into tiny cosmic fragments along the way like glowing tubes of elixir.
