The Masterpiece’s extra-large flexible cooking zone adapts to a range of cookware – even teppanyaki pans – and provides room for larger pieces, while the advanced induction system delivers rapid, even heating.
Precision cooking within the Flexible Cooking Zone is delivered via HeatShift, providing three pre-set temperature levels and CookSmart technology. HeatShift enables you to easily transition from sauté to simmer by simply shifting your pot forward or backward. CookSmart ensures optimal results for a variety of foods, making cooking more simple and more efficient.
Boiling water or other liquids is faster by up to 50% with PowerBoost, saving time and effort. Thermador’s PanBoost heats food at a temperature higher than the cooktop’s highest power level and is excellent for searing steaks, fish or vegetables.
The warming drawer holds 27 dinner plates with three different heat levels, making it perfect for entertaining.
