Its push and turn ignition system quickly generates 14,000 Btu of cooking energy to fire up a pizza in under five minutes. The built-in smoke chamber infuses authentic woodfire flavors, while the rotating pizza stone gives you an even cook every time.
A built-in smoke chamber can be filled with hardwood chips or pellets to replicate the rich, smoky flavors typically reserved for expensive wood-burning ovens. A standard 20-pound propane tank or a 1-pound propane tank with an adapter can be used for convenient portability.
