The Smoker Cabinet brings traditional BBQ to the outdoor kitchen

Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet‘s Smoker Cabinet brings charcoal-smoking innovation to the outdoor kitchen. The cabinet’s under-counter design mirrors the lines of the brand’s cabinetry collection while offering the experience and flavors that can only be achieved by a live fire.

With a sealed charcoal system and heavily insulated design temperature control is simplified and delivers efficient heat. A single load of charcoal can maintain an ideal 225°F smoking temperature for more than 10 hours. Along the side of the cabinet, a vertical, sealed column of charcoal burns from the bottom and rests on a fire grate. Wood chunks are placed below the fire grate and the falling embers cause them to smolder and smoke. As the charcoal is consumed, gravity feeds fresh charcoal into the fire. Smoke and heat from the fire are then routed into the food chamber, where baffles ensure there are no hot spots. The charcoal chute and exhaust chimney are also combined in a single countertop penetration.

The Smoker Cabinet will be available in late spring 2016 in both built-in and freestanding versions.
