The fireplaces do not require an exterior chase, and installation is simple; once a hole is made in the wall and the venting pipe is set, the lightweight units are hung on mounting brackets. The models produce up to 24,000 BTUs of heat output and expel 100 percent of exhaust gases outside of the home.
