Now available in North America, Evoque marries the timeless appeal of traditional European design with the precision, power and control of a professional-grade appliance.
Defined by balanced proportions, sculptural detailing and refined materiality, the collection offers a sophisticated alternative to both ornate heritage ranges and minimalist integrated solutions. Designed and manufactured in the Veneto region of Italy, Evoque reflects Fulgor Milano’s commitment to craftsmanship, quality and innovation.
Engineered to enhance the cooking experience, Evoque is available in both advanced induction and dual-fuel configurations, each delivering immediate responsiveness, consistent heat and precise control for both high-performance cooking and everyday use. Seamlessly integrated controls and a refined tactile experience, from the weight of the oven door to the smooth resistance of the knobs, reinforce the collection’s focus on craftsmanship and usability.
Available in 36- and 48-in. configurations, with a 60-in. model coming soon, Evoque is designed to serve as an architectural focal point within the kitchen. Framed oven doors, linear handles and carefully balanced controls reinforce the collection’s European-inspired aesthetic, while finish options, including matte black, matte white, matte ivory, stainless steel, gloss white, gloss ivory and gloss black, allow the range to integrate seamlessly into a variety of interiors. Custom RAL colours are also available for greater design flexibility.
Trim options in brushed brass or a stainless/chrome combination add warmth and contrast, further emphasizing Evoque’s balance of traditional character and contemporary restraint. A coordinated hood collection will also be available, extending the Evoque design language throughout the kitchen.
