With Yunan and Fossile Stone, Durstone expands its Contemporary Stone Collection with two new proposals inspired by natural stone, whose main strength lies precisely in this subtlety.
Although the two collections stem from different sensibilities, they share the same approach to interpreting stone. Rather than opting for strongly defined graphics, they rely on slight variations in tone and texture that enrich the material without disrupting its uniformity. The result is a series of natural, balanced surfaces conceived for projects in which visual continuity becomes an integral part of the design.
Inspired by the richness of natural stone, Yunan and Fossile Stone translate an aesthetic based on restraint and balance into porcelain stoneware. In both collections, light plays an essential role, revealing subtle variations in tone and texture that add depth to the surface. It is an approach to material designed for projects where elegance is built through detail and where the quality of the surfaces contributes to defining the identity of the space.
Yunan represents the most essential interpretation of stone. Its understated graphics and gentle tonal variations allow light to gradually reveal the richness of the surface, creating bright spaces with a strong sense of continuity. Available in the colors Bone and Sand, the collection comes in three formats, as well as a mosaic, with natural and antislip finishes, providing solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Fossile Stone, meanwhile, offers a more tactile interpretation of natural stone. Its delicate variations in tone and texture add visual richness with subtlety, creating surfaces with a stronger material presence while maintaining an overall sense of serenity. Available in the colors Bone and Sand, the collection comes in four formats, with natural and antislip finishes, extending its possibilities for residential, commercial and public-space projects.

Both collections include a comprehensive range of special pieces that facilitates the complete development of each project. Steps, risers, coping pieces, corner trims, skirting tiles and extruded anti-slip pieces make it possible to resolve staircases, junctions and other construction details with both aesthetic and functional continuity, maintaining a consistent material language throughout the space.
With these new additions, Durstone continues to expand Contemporary Stone, a collection that brings together proposals inspired by natural stone from a contemporary perspective. Yunan and Fossile Stone offer two complementary interpretations of the material, in which nuances of tone, texture and light become the basis for creating balanced, versatile and timeless spaces.
