Dacor‘s new Transitional style combines the core design elements of Contemporary (formerly Modernist) and Professional (formerly Heritage) lines. The company will launch the Transitional 36-in. Gas Range next month. The range features a combination of performance, convenience and craftsmanship. The product promotes professional cooking results with a single burner max output of 22K BTU using solid-brass, dual-stack burners. An extra-large capacity oven allows for multiple dishes to be cooked at once, while Dacor‘s Dual Four-Part Pure Convection distributes heat evenly allowing for zero flavor transfer. Furthermore, the range features a Wi-Fi enabled 2.25-in. OLED touch control panel for smart technology integration, allowing for remote oven control and making this a digitally controlled gas range.
