WetStyle has released WETMAR BiO, an eco-friendly material made from natural ingredients. Evolved from the company’s WETMAR material, all WetStyle soaking bathtubs, lavatories and shower receptors will now be produced using the new material. The recipe combines vegetable based resins with natural mineral stones, eliminating the use of petrochemical-based resins. Non-porous and naturally resistant to stains, bacteria and UV rays, the material is thermo-insulating, which provide a higher level of heat retention than traditional acrylic-based products. The composite is available in a matte, True High Gloss and dual-tone finishes.
