Apex Wood Floors present Revival, an LEED-certified collection of reclaimed wide-plank hardwood flooring. Comprised of old wood rescued from structures across the United States, the line features pre-finished planks that are available in three wood species—American chestnut, oak and long-leaf yellow pine—and more than a dozen colors. Each plank consists of a ¼-in.-thick layer of wood that is laminated to a ½-in.-thick nine-ply core made from Russian and Brazilian hardwoods. Its wear-layer uses only water-based dyes and water-based finishes that produce no VOCs.
