As KBIS 2022 is quickly approaching, we wanted to get a sneak peek of what to expect from TOTO at the show. We spoke to Bill Strang, TOTO’s president of corporate strategy and ecommerce and customer experience, about the brand’s decision to pivot to a hybrid digital booth experience for KBIS 2022. The TOTO booth will have small displays to cover all the key characteristics of the products, and attendees can also pick up a tablet and engage in a virtual chat with a product expert.
The brand has also created a virtual showroom you can access on its website, where visitors can explore the floor plan, click hotspots to access information on all the products, contact a TOTO rep and add products to a wish list.
At KBIS 2022, TOTO will feature its Washlet and Neorest offerings, specifically the Washlet+ – a washlet integrated into a TOTO toilet. This option also hides the power cord and water line. The company will also highlight the G450 integrated washlet with its clean aesthetic in a tankless design. TOTO’s Drake Washlet+ C5 is a Best of KBIS finalist, which offers the company’s top technology in an everyday product at an affordable price point.
