ICERA took centerstage at the recent 2019 DPHA conference to win top honors in customer service. The annual event is a national showcase that recognizes the best in the decorative plumbing and hardware industry. ICERA was honored to receive this coveted award in recognition of their ongoing commitment to customer service that exceeds everyday expectations.

Held Nov. 7-10 in Seattle, the DPHA conference recognizes new product designs, provides networking opportunities and celebrates all manner of innovation. During the announcement of the Customer Service Department of the Year award, ICERA was praised for excelling in key categories, including responsiveness, courtesy, knowledge and overall performance. The company’s service team was also recognized for their willingness to go above and beyond to help customers and resolve issues in the field.
