Miele recently culminated its partnership with Michelin-star Chefs Kyle Connaughton and Norbert Niederkofler in an eco-conscious collaboration, “Stories From Our Only Home.” Italy-based, Chef Niederkofler joined Chef Connaughton at SingleThread (of Healdsburg, CA) for three nights of incredible, sustainable cuisine, merging the two cooking philosophies – “Cook the Mountain” and “Farm to Fam. Miele brought the two chefs together for the video series, and was thrilled to have them come together, in person, for this special event, as they share the same sustainability mindset as Miele. Collectively, they strive to be better every day – aligning with the Miele “Immer Besser” or “Forever Better” promise.
The brand hosted a group of about 50 interior designers, architects and project developers at SingleThread Farms, giving them the opportunity to tour the farm with Katina Connaughton, enjoy a chef demo and meet-and-greet in the farm’s on-site Miele kitchen and, of course dine at SingleThread on the second night of the collaboration.
