Every kitchen and bath designer eventually encounters a sub-performing supplier website; in the worst case scenario, frustrating online experiences can alienate customers. To better serve its clientele, the London Basin Company website has been given a fresh new look and a host of user-friendly features, bringing its entire collection to life with inspiring lifestyle shots, as well as product cut-outs.
Offering an improved shopping experience, the new site is more interactive, allowing customers to ‘shop the look’ across the range, check up-to-date stock availability (good news for those seeking relief from supply chain snafus!) and product compatibility and access free bathroom design advice from the team. It also supports the company’s worldwide shipping program.
London Basin Company’s bathroom collection includes 38 basin designs and eight vanity units, as well as wall- and deck-mounted taps and bathroom accessories, all of which can be found on the new website.
Inspired by old porcelain, fabric archives, wallpaper, antiques and magpie finds they discovered while traveling, interior designer Anna Calls and her daughter, Nathalie, founded the London Basin Company. The brand is known for creating richly decorated porcelain basins, designed to form the centerpiece of contemporary bathrooms. Handmade using a combination of traditional and contemporary craft processes, the basins have a bold, distinctive style, helping transform the bathroom from a purely functional space to a decorative haven.
All their vanity units are hand-welded from durable steel, then powder-coated to provide a layer of protection against corrosion, chipping and fading. Taps are designed in range of materials and finishes in both deck- and wall-hung styles.
