Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet has named Steven J. Adolph as president. Adolph brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, branding and leadership experience to Kalamazoo and will be based out of the company’s headquarters in Chicago.
“Steve is an accomplished leader who has a strong track record of driving revenue and profitability growth through brand building and sales expansion,” said Pantelis A. “Pete” Georgiadis, chairman of Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet. “He truly understands our brand and our customers and brings us a very nice mix of entrepreneurial, brand, and organizational building skills. We look forward to his energy, enthusiasm and experience taking Kalamazoo to the next level.”
Prior to joining Kalamazoo, Adolph has driven growth and increased market share as a senior executive for global consumer brands such as Equal, NutraSweet, Roundup, SentrySafe and Cat’s Pride. He also served as CEO of Australia, New Zealand and Asia for Invacare, a provider of home medical equipment.
Adolph has a bachelor of arts degree from Duke University and a master of business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
