Plain & Fancy Custom Cabinetry announced the launch of Richland, a frameless cabinetry collection that brings the craftsmanship, finish and flexibility of custom cabinetry to an expedited eight-week ship time. Built around a focused selection of Plain & Fancy’s most requested door styles, finishes, modifications and accessories, Richland offers designers a simpler way to specify custom cabinetry without compromising on quality.
For more than five decades, heritage brand Plain & Fancy has built cabinetry to order, giving designers the freedom to create highly individualized spaces through an extensive range of materials, finishes and custom capabilities. But as project timelines continue to tighten, designers are increasingly faced with a tradeoff: the flexibility and artistry of true custom cabinetry or the speed and simplicity of a more standardized program. Richland was created to offer both.
Richland includes more than 25 door styles, from clean slab fronts to Shaker and more detailed profiles, with options across premium wood species including maple, hard maple, cherry, rift cut white oak and walnut.
Finish remains a central part of the collection. Designers can choose from more than 60 standard finishes, including the brand’s standard enamels, along with custom color matching.
The collection also focuses its modifications and accessories around the options designers use most, allowing projects to move through specification and ordering more efficiently. This focused approach also gives designers and dealers newer to Plain & Fancy a clear, guided starting point before exploring the brand’s full custom range.
