Thermador revealed the 16 designers selected to serve on its 2026-2028 Design Council. Bringing together an accomplished group of interior designers, architects and industry leaders from across the country, the new council represents a diverse range of perspectives and aesthetics, from bold interiors to thoughtful renovations and hospitality-inspired spaces.
Thermador has always maintained a close connection with the design community, recognizing that the most meaningful innovation begins with understanding how people live and cook in their homes. The Design Council serves as a dedicated forum for meaningful dialogue, a space where emerging trends, evolving client expectations and real-world design challenges are explored collaboratively.
Throughout their two-year tenure, council members will lend their expertise to conversations around emerging design trends, functionality, materials, technology and the evolving role of the kitchen within the home. Their insights will help inform the brand’s perspective on future products, experiences and design initiatives, ensuring the brand continues to create appliances that unite exceptional performance with thoughtful, design-forward solutions.
“Designers have a unique perspective on the future because they’re constantly listening to how people live, gather and use their homes,” said Raphael Krug, senior design director at Thermador North America. “That perspective is incredibly valuable to us. The new Design Council represents some of the most thoughtful and innovative voices in the industry, and we’re looking forward to bringing their ideas into the conversation as we reimagine what’s next for luxury kitchen design.”
