Zazzeri expanded its stainless steel offering with Tubex, the new collection of AISI 316L steel faucets designed by Massimiliano Settimelli. A contemporary and minimalist series, it expresses formal purity and material coherence through an essential and rigorous style.
Made entirely of stainless steel, Tubex enhances the intrinsic qualities of the material — solidity, lightness, durability and natural brilliance — transforming them into a design signature. The use of AISI 316L, particularly resistant to corrosion and external agents, gives the collection high technical performance, making it ideal for high-end bathrooms and kitchens.
The design is based on a primary element: the shape of the tube. The spout and handle recall a round stainless steel profile, creating a linear aesthetic, free of decorative superstructures. Calibrated proportions, impeccable surfaces and construction details define an object that finds its identity in the material itself, allowing it to express its authenticity.
The formal research is also expressed in the choice to eliminate the classic oblique cut at the back of the handles in both the lever and lever-less versions, a solution that lends greater clarity and continuity to the forms, strengthening the coherence of the project.
Tubex is available in brushed steel finish, as well as six PVD variants: carbon, anthracite, bronzorame, rame, cognac and orobianco. A wide range of colors allows the project to be interpreted in different contexts, from the most rigorous minimalism to warmer, more material environments.
Zazzeri offers the collection with two types of handle: a lever and a cylindrical one. In the lever version, the control is a simple tubular element, integrated into the cylindrical body of the mixer; the hole in the lever echoes the circular shape of the tube, creating a direct formal dialogue with the spout and underscoring the coherence of the design language. In the cylindrical version, distinguished by the name Tubex_Out, where the design is soft and compact, the insert is inserted into the handle, recalling the shape of the tube through a circular crown that defines the joint, emphasizing the geometric purity of the whole. The insert coordinates with the faucet’s finish and is available in a polished version or, upon request, customized in one of the other available finishes, both polished and brushed, for a refined play of contrasts.
Tubex is a complete collection, designed to ensure formal coherence throughout the entire space. The washbasin includes countertop versions in two heights and wall-mounted solutions with spouts in two different lengths; the range is completed by the bidet mixer, bathtub mixer group and shower controls, including two new showerhead models.
