Zazzeri has introduced Z316_X and Z316_Xtreme, the latest evolutions of the Z316 collection, designed by architect Roberto Innocenti. It is a project that redefines the language of contemporary faucets through the essentiality of steel and a design vision capable of combining aesthetics, functionality and freedom of expression.
Z316 represented a turning point in the company’s production, being the first collection made entirely of stainless steel. A material chosen not only for its expressive power and authentic character, but also for its high performance, it is corrosion-resistant, extremely robust and naturally hygienic, steel is ideal for both domestic and professional environments.
Since its debut, the collection has stood out for its broad and varied offering, capable of meeting the diverse design needs of bathrooms and kitchens. From the initial deck-mounted and built-in mixer versions, Z316 has evolved over time, introducing single-hole and three-hole variants enriched with various types of knobs.
Today, with Z316_X and Z316_Xtreme, the collection takes a further step forward, introducing a new interpretation of the three-hole configuration with a cross-shaped handle, where the handle is characterized by a structure composed of four distinct elements, called “petals.”
Z316_X identifies all three-hole products with a cross-shaped handle characterized by a monochromatic aesthetic. Every element of the product, including the petals, is made in the same finish. The collection is available in seven variants — brushed steel and the PVD finishes carbon, anthracite, bronzorame, copper, cognac and orobianco — offering coherent, elegant purity.
Z316_Xtreme, on the other hand, represents the most experimental and distinctive evolution of the offering. In this variant, a single finish is applied to all elements of the product, with the exception of the four petals of the cross-shaped handle, which can be configured individually by choosing from the seven available finishes.
The result is a highly customizable composition, introducing not only a sophisticated chromatic effect – in dialogue with the materials and surfaces of the space — but also an interesting geometric interplay, in which the knob becomes a true design element.
With Z316_X and Z316_Xtreme, Zazzeri expands the concept of faucets, transforming them into a creative tool, capable of adapting to different architectural languages, from minimalist sobriety to the most daring decorative research.
