Armstrong Flooring Conjunction Loose Lay Luxury Flooring

AHF Products announces the launch of Armstrong Flooring Conjunction 4.5 mm Loose Lay Luxury Flooring, a collection purposely built to outperform competitive loose lay products in the most critical performance category: resistance to residual and static load indentation. Its 4.5 mm transitional profile allows seamless alignment with adjacent flooring types, giving specifiers a versatile solution for multi‑material spaces.

Conjunction delivers four times the resistance to residual and static load indentation, impact and rolling loads compared to competitive loose lay LVT. Its robust construction includes a rigid wear layer paired with Diamond 10 Technology, which uses real diamonds to deliver scratch, stain and scuff resistance from edge to edge.

In scratch‑test simulations using a 12.5-pound load for 10  passes — representing commercial traffic — competitive coatings show visible residue buildup on brown pads as the surface wears away. Conjunction’s coating remains intact, demonstrating its ability to withstand the rigors of heavy use, including heavy foot traffic, furniture movement and accidental impacts.

The 4.5 mm thickness is a defining advantage. It allows Conjunction to be used as a standalone loose lay floor or as a transitional option that aligns with adjacent flooring profiles. This flexibility simplifies specification in multi‑material environments and supports cohesive design across large footprints, including commercial spaces.

Conjunction is manufactured in the United States with U.S. and global content. When installed with a recommended Armstrong Flooring adhesive, it carries a 30‑Year Commercial Limited Warranty. The company also offers a comprehensive range of accessories including adhesives, maintenance products, wall base and weld rods.

The collection’s visuals reflect nature’s intelligence, with a palette grounded in warm, biophilic tones. Predominantly wood looks are complemented by select stone and textile accents. Each SKU stands on its own while remaining visually compatible with the rest of the collection, supporting spaces where everything must work together.
