The new SieMatic SG6 is a kitchen concept that interprets contemporary urban living by seamlessly blending functionality, sculptural form and expressive design. Part of the Urban style, SG6 stands out for its soft yet architectural design language, capable of extending its dialogue beyond the kitchen area to embrace the wider living space.
The design is defined by harmonious curves and rounded corners that soften the linear geometries typical of handle-free kitchens, creating a welcoming and sophisticated aesthetic. The integrated grip profile is discreet and elegant, contributing to a clean and coherent overall appearance.
A central feature of the project is the raised worktop with a perimeter edge, which echoes the curvature of the side panels and creates a refined three-dimensional effect. This distinctive detail combines aesthetic value with functionality, protecting surfaces while reinforcing the sculptural character of the island.
SG6 is conceived as a flexible and modular system, in which open and closed elements coexist in perfect balance. Equipped panels, shelves, storage units and integrated lighting allow for a high degree of customization and encourage a natural continuity between the kitchen and the living area.
Thanks to the use of warm materials, refined finishes and precisely studied proportions, SieMatic SG6 transforms the kitchen into a true furnishing element, expressing an evolved, contemporary and strongly distinctive urban style.
The new SieMatic SG6 has received prestigious international accolades, including the German Design Award 2026 and the Red Dot Design Award, recognizing its innovative concept that unites form, functionality and urban elegance. In addition, it has been honored with three major American architecture and design awards: the Architecture A+ Product Award, NYCxDESIGN Awards and NY Product Awards.
