Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine present the 12th Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship in partnership with the Art Farm’s Special Projects Council. The Fellowship is awarded to an early or mid-career artist who makes objects for the interiors of buildings and/or interior design.
Located in the Spela hamlet of Serenbe, the 2025 Serenbe Showhouse is designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by South Haven Builders. With interiors led by design duo Mister + Mrs Sharp, each room reflects intentionality, creativity and timeless elegance.
