Show-Stopping Booths and Products at KBIS 2025

Published: April 16, 2025

This year’s show was a huge success, with more than 43,000 registered attendees and 700 exhibitors showing their best and brightest products at KBIS 2025. Planning for the 2026 show – to be held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando from Feb. 17-19, 2026 – is already underway. Attendees can look forward to multiple dynamic and immersive activations that will reflect the indoor/outdoor experience at the venue.

“Official KBIS planning starts the moment the current show wraps; sometimes even before!” said Heather Shannon, SVP of marketing & communications for the National Kitchen & Bath Association, the owner of KBIS. “Many people assume show planning begins just a few months before doors open, but it’s truly a year-round effort to make KBIS the best experience possible for our attendees, exhibitors and partners.”

Best Booth Winner at KBIS 2025 Kohler

Best of Show: Kohler

The 16,000-square-foot booth was about creating immersive and engaging experiences across the brand’s entire portfolio. “We were honored to have been recognized with the KBIS Best Booth award in 2023 and 2024 – especially with the high bar our fellow exhibitors continue to set each year – so our biggest challenge was finding ways to deliver ‘did you see that?’ moments for our guests amid those rising expectations,” said Jason Keller, Kohler marketing manager. “But the creativity of our design/build teams showed through with inspiring trend spaces, jaw-dropping water features and an intricate art display in the center of it all that perfectly captured the Kohler experience.”
