Bellmont Cabinet Company (“BCC”) is pleased to announce the signing of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Cabinets Northwest Corporation (“CNW”), a prominent manufacturer of multifamily kitchen and bath cabinetry in the Northwest. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for both companies.
Under the terms of the agreement, BCC will maintain operations of CNW at its Cle Elum, WA, location, ensuring seamless continuity of service and operations for all stakeholders.
Established in 1995 by Clay Szeliga, CNW has emerged as a pioneer in delivering stylish frameless cabinets to the multifamily market. In 2023, CNW completed more than 3000 units of multifamily projects, with projections to surpass that in 2024. Clay Szeliga will continue to play a pivotal role within the former CNW structure, assuming the position of Multifamily Sales Representative in the newly formed entity, which will operate under the Bellmont name.
