Kingston Design Showhouse 2025
The seventh Kingston Design Showhouse is set in a Second Empire-style residence built in the 1800s near the Roundout Creek in Kingston, NY. Located in a neighborhood called Sleightsburgh, it sits on land originally owned by the Sleight family, who operated a ferry in the area.
Before becoming this year’s showhouse, the home underwent a gut renovation, which included adding a third bedroom, a third bathroom and closets in all the bedrooms. Each year, all permanently installed elements in the Kingston Design Showhouse from the renovation (landscaping, wallpaper, tiling, cabinetry) remain in the house and are gifted to the homeowner to help enhance value in the area.
Participating designers in this year’s Kingston Design Showhouse include Ana Claudia Design, AphroChic, Brooke Cotter Design Co., Casa Marcelo, Damour Drake, House of Brinson, JL Caccamo Design, Lyndsey Alexander, Methods of Assembly, and Taupe Stories Studio.
