- Fifty-two percent of Americans admit showering has helped them feel safe since the pandemic began.
- Forty-five percent of Americans admit that showering has helped them relieve stress.
- Fifty-one percent of parents say that showering facilitated stress relief.
- Women are more likely to view a shower as self-care and admit that it helps alleviate stress.
- Men are more likely than women to shower more often and spend more time in the shower.
- One-third of Americans go so far as to say that showering has helped them keep a sense of normalcy.
