Wolf Appliance has announced a new line of gas ranges. Available in March 2013, the line will feature dual-stacked burners, which ensure heat is consistently and precisely controlled through two tiers of flame ports. The burners range from 9,200 to 15,000 Btu on high and are equipped with simmer capabilities and automatic reignition. One burner on each range can be reduced down to 350 Btu for gentle melting. The units will also feature gas convection ovens with infrared broilers and, for the larger models (36 in., 48 in. and 60 in.), rangetop configurations that include infrared charbroiler or infrared griddle options. The French top can also be specified on the 60-in. model.
