Tubes, the Italian company specializing in designer radiators and towel warmers, has introduced Dots. A modular heating element that blends functionality and decoration, Dots features a simple circular form, crafted from recyclable aluminum. It is available as a single unit or in compositions of up to three elements, in horizontal or vertical layouts, also with an on/off switch accessory. Designed by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba, it can also serve as a support for towels and bathrobes.
Functioning as a heated towel holder, this simple design keeps towels and bathrobes warm and ready, while serving as practical accessories year-round — even when switched off. It operates at extra-low voltage (24V), which means that, despite being electric, Dots can be safely installed in humid environments and near water, such as inside a walk-in shower or above a bathtub. It can be connected to the electrical system using any control device, including home automation. Alternatively, it can be connected to a Tubes wi-fi thermostat for on/off operation and programming, even remotely.
Offered in glossy and matte finishes, Dots is readily available in a variety of colors, such as white, black, stone gray, winkled copper, as well as the 140 colors of the Tubes Color Chart upon request.
