Stone Forest has introduced a cast-iron pedestal with an integrated sink that melds contemporary technique with a vintage design. According to the company’s president, the industrial pedestal was originally one of the legs from a cast-iron, pattern-making/shop table and most probably cast in the 1920s. The trestle stand is cast iron, and the sinks are available in stainless, copper/stainless, antique dark or antique light copper. The copper sinks are crafted from 100 percent recycled materials. The overall dimensions of the pedestal are 19-in. x 14 ½-in. x 30-in. In early 2015, the pedestal will have coordinating accessories including towel bars, toilet paper holders and shelving.
