SMEG

SMEG launches a collection of wine coolers in its Classic design aesthetic.

Italian appliance manufacturer SMEG is moving into an exciting new product category: this year, the brand will launch a collection of wine coolers in its Classic design aesthetic, offering both built-in and under-counter options.

The Built-in Classic 18-Bottle Wine Cooler with Sommelier Drawer fits into a niche of its own with the option to be displayed next to or atop another appliance. This single-zone cooler can store up to 18 bottles, has push/pull access and is available in left or right hinge. Introduced as a companion to the built-in cooler is the new Sommelier Storage Drawer. The convenient, push/pull drawer with fingerprint-proof stainless-steel finish is designed to be installed below the cooler and houses every wine enthusiast’s must-have tools like specialty corks, pump, pliers, corkscrew, thermometer, funnel and more.

The new Under Counter Classic 38-Bottle Wine Cooler with Two Zones, is a larger cooler with five shelves and two temperature zones, ideal for storing a combination of reds and whites at the perfect temperature, all in one place. This model includes the Classic door handle, matching all Classic ovens and dishwasher products.

Both units feature electronic temperature controls, ranging from 41-68 degrees Fahrenheit, and have UV-resistant glass, low-vibration compressors to reduce stress on contents, Slavonian wood shelving and charcoal filters.
