Zum Zeri is the new kitchen range from SCIC Italia, a design by Anna and Enrico Cattaneo in collaboration with Studio Design SCIC, which transcends the traditional boundaries of the kitchen to explore a new balance between form, material and space.
At the center of the space stands a large island conceived as a monolithic, sculptural volume, highlighted by an illuminated recessed profile that outlines its perimeter and enhances its architectural presence. Rounded corners introduce a softer, more domestic dimension, easing the rigidity of the central block without altering its compositional balance.
The project is also based on the dialogue between surfaces and materials. The natural quartzite top combines with the Metal Rock lacquered finish, enriched by leather inserts on the doors. The result is a composition that works both visually and tactilely, delivering a complete material experience.
