In response to homeowners’ growing concern of emerging contaminants detected in drinking water, Pentair will debut the H-300-NXT to its Everpure line of water filtration products at the upcoming Kitchen and Bath Industry Show. NSF/ANSI 401 certified, the H-300-NXT improves upon the performance of the H-300 system with the added ability to reduce several emerging contaminants like pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter medications and chemical compounds like bisphenol A (BPA) that may be found in drinking water. The H-300-NXT is designed with a unique pleated filter membrane to reduce particles as small as 0.5 micron in size. The unit’s sleek, compact, silver canister fits well under any kitchen sink without taking up too much space. It can be installed in the kitchen or wet bar and can easily be connected to other water-using appliances such as icemakers, coffee makers and hot water appliances.
