MILEstone is thrilled to launch the Untamed Collection, Chapter 3 of the Stories concept, continuing the brand’s mission of Giving a Voice to the American Design Community. This inspiring new collection was created in collaboration with Sarah Rink, interior designer at Design Cooperative LLC in Jacksonville, Fla.
The Stories concept by MILEstone was developed as an innovative platform to showcase the creative vision and unique perspectives of American designers through high-quality, expressive, sustainable tile collections. Each chapter introduces a new collection shaped by collaboration and craftsmanship. For the third chapter, MILEstone collaborated with Rink to bring her immersive design concept to life.
The resulting Untamed Collection is a porcelain tile series inspired by the raw, untouched beauty of Cumberland Island, Ga., one of the United States’ most pristine national seashores. It evokes a connection that speaks to both the eye and the soul, reflecting the essence of biophilic design and bringing the outdoors in. From wild horses, salt marshes and maritime forests to windswept dunes and shifting tides, Untamed reflects the unspoiled land that offers a retreat from civilization, allowing for reconnection with nature and personal healing.

Drift captures the weathered, rugged beauty of driftwood washed ashore, in 24-by-48-in. 8mm and 48-by-110-in. 6mm sizes and thicknesses.
Flourish transports to soft sand dunes where the whispers of grasses sway in the breeze. Flourish is available in 24-by-48-in. 8mm and 48-by-110-in. 6mm sizes and thicknesses.
Roam brings a touch of the wild and is inspired by the intricate patterns and textures of reptilian wildlife, adding a bold, decorative edge to the collection. Deco 01 is offered as a 3-by-24-in. 8mm, and Deco 02 is available in 24-by-48-in. 8mm and 48-by-110in. 6mm sizes and thicknesses.
Wander captures the ever-changing interplay between the shoreline and the shifting tides in five soothing, versatile colors. Sizes and thicknesses include 12-by-24-in. 8mm, 24-by-24-in. 2cm, 24-by-48-in. 8mm, 48-by-48-in. 8am and a 2-by-2-in. mosaic 8mm.
The Untamed Collection by MILEstone is now available and represents another milestone in the brand’s ongoing effort to support, celebrate and amplify the voices shaping America’s design future.
