Metro Lighting‘s Wine Bottle Pendants are made from post-consumer wine bottles that are collected, cleaned, drilled and cut to size then finished by grinding and polishing the edges. The result is an upcycled lighting fixture available in three translucent versions – emerald green, clear and olive green. The shades are about 4 inches in diameter by 7.5 inches in height, and the hardware for the pendants is finished in either oil-rubbed bronze or brushed nickel. These fixtures are handcrafted in Berkeley, California. Because Metro Lighting uses actual post-consumer bottles, the stock of these found materials varies and certain orders may take longer to fulfill depending on the harvest season.
