Listone Giordano Nui and Trafic Collections

High-end wood flooring brand Listone Giordano has introduced Nui, a new creation by Piero Lissoni and inspired by the ancient Japanese art of Sashimono, and Trafic, the eclectic collection signed by Marc Sadler and reinterpreting in a contemporary way the 19th-century pavés de bois.

Nui, from the Japanese word for ‘to sew’, perfectly identifies the mood of this wooden flooring that reflects on the concept of connections expressed through a minimal sign, recalling Japanese culture and the art of Sashimono, the system of interlocking dry wood joints that literally means ‘things joined together.’ Lissoni’s light touch signs a collection that transforms simplicity into something unique and eternal.

Listone Giordano Trafic Collection

With Trafic, Sadler reinterprets for Listone Giordano the 19th-century pavés de bois of the wooden streets of London, Paris and New York in a contemporary key, paying homage to a past of change, innovation and new lifestyles. It is a dialogue with history that invites us to reflect on the present, on the rapiditỳ of change and on the need to rediscover authentic connections with our roots.
