Linea Light Group presents Buzzer_Q, a major innovation for the outdoor lighting world. Buzzer_Q is a family of professional outdoor bollards designed to deliver durability, high-quality lighting and seamless architectural integration. Made from high-resistance extruded aluminum and available in different heights and finishes, Buzzer_Q bollards ensure uniform illumination, long-term performance and a clean, contemporary design suitable for any landscape or urban environment.
The Buzzer_Q collection complements the round versions, completing the Buzzer family with a new rectangular-section geometry. An essential, precise body, designed to blend seamlessly into architecture and landscape. Its presence is discreet and balanced, created to interact naturally with the space, following its lines with continuity and precision. The recessed optical system ensures a soft, controlled emission, completely free from glare, enhancing pathways, avenues and landscapes with balanced, comfortable light. Buzzer_Q interprets light as project material, transforming it into an element that shapes relationships between form, surface and perception.
Buzzer_Q is built with a high-resistance extruded aluminum structure and available in three heights (400 mm, 700 mm, 1050 mm) and three finishes: black grey, dark brown and brilliant grey. Its rectangular section and clean proportions create a solid, contemporary design that blends harmoniously into both architectural and landscape contexts. The recessed light source ensures maximum visual comfort, eliminating glare and delivering a soft, controlled light distribution. The wide range of colour temperatures, from 2200 K to 4000 K, allows designers to shape the lighting atmosphere according to each project, offering different perceptual nuances and visual intensity levels.
Two emission options are available. At 180 degrees, the single-emission optics of Buzzer_Q, with a Bug Rating of 0, are designed to illuminate pathways with precision. The highly controlled light guides every step, clearly and harmoniously defining the direction of the route. At 360 degrees, the double-emission version expands the light distribution on both sides, making it perfect for two-way paths or areas flanked by greenery.
When a lighting product has a BUG rating of 0, it does not emit light towards the night sky (uplight), does not produce glare and does not cast light to the rear of the fixture (backlight). In other words, the product is designed to minimize light pollution and its negative effects on both the environment and human health.
A product with a BUG rating 0 is considered an eco-friendly lighting solution, as it reduces light pollution to a minimum and mitigates the harmful effects of artificial light on the surrounding environment. These lighting products are often used in sensitive areas, such as parks, nature reserves, astronomical observatories and residential zones, where light pollution can significantly impact quality of life and the night environment.
