LG Electronics has introduced a 5.1-cu.-ft. washer (model WM8000), which enables users to wash more clothes per load—even large, bulky items such as a king-sized bedding set. The model utilizes TurboWash, which combines the spin and rinse cycles to save consumers 20 minutes per load. The unit’s 6Motion technology has six wash motions—tumbling, scrubbing, filtration, rolling, stepping and swinging—in various combinations based upon the fabric to penetrate stains. For added convenience, the washer also features Smart Diagnosis technology, to troubleshoot mechanical issues, and limit service visits. Available in white or graphite.
