Kreoo’s experimentation with three-dimensional marble decoration, applied to the theme of the freestanding washbasin, continues with the Dawn collection, designed by Christophe Pillet.
The starting point is a cylindrical block, made sculptural by the surface processing of the natural stone, sculpted, then chiselled by hand to enhance its characteristics. A contemporary texture is repeated on its outer profile, a soft ornamental grid moulded into the material. This delicate texture is framed within two polished bands at the base and upper profile, emphasizing the design of the product – gained from a solid block, and finished thanks to the skill of Kreoo’s craftspeople.
Part of a larger collection, including complements with the same decorative motif, Dawn evokes the ‘great history’ of Italian marble and becomes an elegant monolithic object, as well as the protagonist of the bathroom environment.
