For the duration of the COVID-19 crisis, True Residential is offering homeowners and clients the ability to purchase large-capacity commercial refrigeration models from its commercial arm to assist with additional storage needs. With four, large-scale models to choose from ranging from 12 to 19, 23 and 49 cubic feet of capacity – families can increase storage to suit their needs. Depending on size of orders, the 49 unit can hold food from half a dozen to a dozen grocery runs. While kitchen installation is not recommended – commercial-built units generate more noise due to larger motors and components primed for exceptional functionality and performance – garages and basements are ideally suited to house these freezer and refrigerator units. Orders are processed within one to two days, and delivery can be expected within three to 10 business days depending on location. To proceed with the utmost caution for all persons involved, units are solely delivered curbside, fully packaged and on a wooden pallet.
