SMEG, the Italian appliance manufacturer, has introduced a built-in 1950s retro-style dishwasher to its appliance offerings. With vintage charm and modern features, the retro collection has been expanded to include a 24-in. dishwasher, which is available red, black, cream and pastel blue. SMEG‘s new dishwasher combines iconic mid-century style with modern features including inside baskets finished to match the color of the door, a full-size tub, hidden stainless steel electronic control panel, a self-balancing door and ten wash cycles, including a setting for crystal washing. Additionally, the product features a sanitation setting, along with a delay timer (up to nine hours) and an orbital wash system, which ensures consistently clean dishes. The dishwasher is also Energy Star-rated.
