Italian appliance manufacturer Bertazzoni is introducing new styles, sizes and features to the North American market, including its 48-in. induction range now available in all three of the brand’s series — Professional, Master and Heritage.
The range features one continuous ceramic black glass cooking surface offering a zero-compromise solution with a focus on delivering functionality and design. The integration of Octagon induction zones delivers up to 40% more efficiency. In another first for the Italian brand, the range also features an induction cooking-compatible griddle. This model gives an elegant, clean look to the kitchen in addition to the plethora of added advantages of induction cooking, including easy clean-up, precise touch controls, digital timed cooking functions and sensor-controlled cookware detection.
